Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how people use the site — which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, and what device they use. We look at it only in aggregate, but let's be accurate about the underlying collection: GA4 sets a cookie with a random identifier and derives approximate location from your IP address, and Google processes that data under its own terms. You can block the cookies in your browser without losing access to anything here. Pages that carry a private access link do not load analytics at all.
If you write to us
Our contact form and the business-listing request form send us what you type — typically a name, an email address and a message — so we can reply. We keep that correspondence while it is useful and delete it when it is not. We do not add you to any mailing list; there isn't one.
Business and organisation records
BelgradeBest publishes independently researched profiles of organisations connected to Expo 2027 — pavilions, the companies delivering them, and their suppliers. To research and maintain those pages we record business contact details taken from public sources, such as a company's own website or an official announcement. This is business information used for editorial and correction purposes, and it is never shown on the public site.
If you represent one of those organisations: you can ask us to correct a page, to remove your contact details from our records, or not to be contacted again — and we will do it, permanently. Write to the contact page and say which organisation you mean. If you ask for editing access to your own page, we send a private link; treat that link as a password, because anyone holding it can edit the page.
Affiliate links
Some outbound booking links are affiliate links (see how we make money). If you click one, the destination site may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy, which we don't control.
Your choices
You can use the whole site with cookies blocked. You can ask what we hold about you or your organisation, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to being contacted — contact us and we will act on it. This notice may be updated as the site grows.
