Who won the Expo 2027 contracts
Belgrade is buying an Expo in public, one tender at a time. This is the award record we have been able to verify — who was paid, for what, how much, and against how many rival bids — reconciled from scattered announcements into one comparable table.

Collective pavilions — design, construction, operation and dismantling
Project documentation, exhibition design, construction, operational management, maintenance and dismantling of the collective pavilions — the buildings that house every participating country without its own structure.

Opening and closing ceremonies
Organisation and production of the opening and closing ceremonies. The same studio produced the Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics opening ceremony and the 2022 FIFA World Cup opening in Doha.

Daily collection, washing or dry-cleaning, drying, ironing and return of linen from the EXPO Village residential buildings in Surčin throughout the period they are in use.

Production and printing of non-personalised tickets
1,000,000 one-day tickets, 200,000 three-day tickets and 800,000 blank forms, printed on protected paper with watermarks, holographic foil, QR codes, perforation, serial numbering and UV security elements, for sale at physical points of sale and box offices.

How this ledger is kept
Five rules, applied to every row. A consortium award is counted once, with every member named — two of the awards here went to groups of bidders, and counting the companies instead of the contracts would inflate the record. A subcontractor's work is never added to the prime contract's value. A framework agreement is labelled a ceiling, because that is what the organiser says it is. Nothing enters without a source we have read and a date we checked it. And there is no total, because an incomplete ledger cannot produce one honestly.
The scope is the organiser's own procurement — contracts awarded by EXPO 2027 Belgrade d.o.o. National pavilions are each funded by the participating country and are tracked separately, on the pavilion profiles; Serbian state construction contracts awarded by ministries, including the host country's own pavilion, are a different pot of money and are not mixed in here.
